Chuck Cooley is the President and Owner of a successful fourth-generation, family-owned, complex metal structure and equipment fabrication and installation company, with experience in aircraft engine test cells since the 1950’s.

Lt. General Richard A. Burpee USAF (Retired) earned and enjoyed a decorated military career serving 36 years, leading 336 combat missions, with 11,000 flight hours logged. His posts include time at the National War College, multiple positions within the USAF’s Strategic Air Command, Commander of Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, and three Pentagon tours, including one as Director of Operations for the Joint Chiefs of Staff under President Ronald Reagan. He is currently President of the consulting firm RAB Enterprises.
